By accessing or using the PadelMate application and its associated services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by MG Software Solutions L.P. ("we", "us", or "our"), you confirm your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you are using PadelMate on behalf of a business or organisation (such as a padel club), you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

These Terms take effect on the date you first access or use PadelMate. Your continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms and any updates to them. We recommend you review these Terms periodically.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and timely payment of applicable subscription fees, MG Software Solutions L.P. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use PadelMate solely for your internal business purposes as a padel club owner, coach, or member.

You may not sublicense, resell, copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on PadelMate or any part of our platform.

You agree to use PadelMate only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

PadelMate is offered on a monthly subscription basis. All plans include a 6-months free trial — no credit card is required to start. After the trial period, continued access requires a valid payment method and active subscription.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Due to the nature of digital services, subscription fees are non-refundable once access to the paid features has been granted following the trial period. We encourage you to make full use of the 14-day free trial to evaluate the platform before subscribing.

In exceptional circumstances (such as extended platform outages caused by us), refunds or service credits may be issued at our sole discretion. To request consideration, contact contact@yourpadelmate.com.

Your use of PadelMate involves the collection and processing of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to such processing. We are committed to GDPR compliance and handle all data responsibly.

As a club owner, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of PadelMate in relation to your members complies with applicable data protection laws, including obtaining any necessary consents from your members.

All content, design, code, logos, trademarks, and other materials on PadelMate are the intellectual property of MG Software Solutions L.P. or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership of or rights to our intellectual property.

You retain ownership of any content you input into the platform (such as match scores, player notes, or club information), and grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.

PadelMate is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We are not responsible for the accuracy of match statistics, rankings, or other data entered by users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MG Software Solutions L.P. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of PadelMate, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.

In the event of any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, our maximum aggregate liability shall be limited to the total amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which you will lose access to paid features.

MG Software Solutions L.P. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, in cases of material breach of these Terms, misuse of the platform, non-payment, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.

We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing at any time. If we increase prices for your active plan, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before the new price takes effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Early adopters and existing subscribers may be offered grandfather pricing at our discretion.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of PadelMate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.

Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and MG Software Solutions L.P.
